We have access to contractors of all trades, covering every possible aspect of property maintenance. If it's not one of our experienced contractors who have years of knowledge of our properties, it is generally local services that we use. Each raised issue is professionally handled from start to completion, so all parties involved are satisfied with the completed issue.
Our online system allows tenants to submit all the necessary information required to enable the relevant contractor to complete the reported matter. The system allows transparency between tenant, landlord and contractor with an accessible timeline of the process from start to completion. The system includes:
- Provision of progress updates on the repair process
- Clear and concise reporting of problems via smartphone, tablet or PC
- Photos of the problem to accurately assess the required work
