Once you find your property you will need to let the Right Let Leeds team know. You will then be asked to complete the following:

| Renewal of tenancy | 125 |
| Reference fee (per applicant over 18) | 180 |
| Tenants (Permitted payment). As from the 1st June 2019, tenants will only be charged Permitted Payments as per Schedule 1 of the Tenant Fees Act 2019 |
