Maani

Maani moved to Leeds in the summer of 2003 from London to begin a law degree at Leeds University. After completing his LLB, he decided to plunge into the property world and began his career as a Junior Negotiator with a large corporate company. After gaining vital experience, he was quickly promoted to the lettings manager and then into the lettings area director. In 2012, after gaining further experience, he developed 'Right Let Leeds' with Ross which has grown into a leading lettings and Estate Agency. His friendly and proactive attitude and strong knowledge of the area helps provide high quality service. Maani now oversees the business strategy, marketing, finance, recruitment and operations.

Ross

Director at Right Let Leeds with a long history in both Sales and Lettings, specialising now within the Leeds area. Having seen and experienced the benefits of building a successful business from day one I feel that I am able to adapt to the ups and downs of both the property market and the day to day managing of a large team. I understand the impact of reaching goals and how these can impact you, your family and all those around you.

I began my Estate agency career for a Headingley based corporate estate agent in property sales. Quickly progressing through a fast track program, I was promoted into a Sales Manager within three years. Wanting to provide a more bespoke service and go the extra mile, Right Let Leeds was born.

Right Let Leeds delivers a highly professional and efficient residential letting and management service to Landlords and Tenants in Leeds and the surrounding areas. Whilst embracing the principles of quality customer care, our aim is to provide unrivalled expertise in our marketplace, backed by a team of fully dedicated professionals and extensive property marketing. Having invested greatly in training, marketing and property management software; we are very well placed to provide the most efficient service possible. In order to maximise property exposure, our website is updated on a daily basis and our properties are listed on market leading property websites such as Rightmove, Findaproperty, Gumtree, Property Index and many more. I am still involved in the day to day running of the business, helping to offer an excellent level of customer service throughout the business.

Away from work, I am a keen sport enthusiast and enjoy spending time with family and friends. I also volunteer with local junior Football and Golf teams.

Cyrus

Cyrus was born and bred in Roundhay and has always been interested in property. In 2008 he started working in the property industry for a nationwide estate agent which was great for learning the foundations. However, after finding this a bit too corporate, Cyrus realised he liked the idea and freedom of being able to take his own approach on lettings/sales to enable him to give clients a more personal touch and service.... he hasn't looked back since!!!!

A determined problem solver and will always go that extra mile to help clients achieve their goals. Known in the team as "The peoples champ"

Michelle

Leeds is Michelle's adopted home since moving from South Lincolnshire in 1998. She has over 30 years experience within the housing and property sectors, managing large property portfolios and teams of staff in various geographic areas. As Office Manager at Right Let Leeds, Michelle assists the team in the day to day business activities as well as overseeing the lettings process, tenancy renewals and deposits.

Tommy

After graduating his business management undergraduate degree last year with a 2:1 whilst working part time with Right Let Leeds, Tom is now in the process of completing his Masters in Business Development before joining us full time in June. Tom is currently the Leeds Beckett first team captain for football and also plays competitively outside of university for Tadcaster Albion. With over two years experience at Right Let Leeds, Tom is relishing his opportunity to begin his full time role having gained an invaluable level of experience studying business at university.

Maddie

Maddie joined our Right Let Leeds team in 2021 whilst completing her MSc in Psychology. She moved to Leeds for University and has resided here ever since. After completing her Bachelor's degree, Maddie decided to apply her people-skills obtained from University to the lettings negotiator role. Maddie's role ranges from conducting viewings and signing up new tenants to adding marketing posts to the relevant social media platforms.

Olly

After completing his Masters in Strength & Conditioning at Leeds Beckett University and graduating in 2021, Olly formerly worked in professional football for the likes of Leeds United, Bradford City and Scunthorpe United. After deciding on a change of career and formerly letting his university home through Right Let, his role as a lettings negotiator began! Now with over 2 years experience in lettings and sales, he has used his knowledge and networking gained from his university years and applied them to his role in marketing and letting properties.

Emily

Emily studied Sport and Exercise Science at Sheffield Hallam University and worked within the Sport Development world for 7 years at a Senior Management level. After 7 years of the Sporting Industry, Emily decided on a career change, establishing the company REM Property Maintenance. The maintenance company has worked alongside Right Let Leeds for 1.5 years now, with both companies developing an integral relationship. Emily's role as Company Director, oversees the operational running of maintenance.

Bianca

Bianca moved from Spain to Leeds in 2020 for university and this city has been her residence ever since. She is currently completing her BSc in International Business & Marketing at the University of Leeds.

New to the property market, Bianca has recently joined the Right Let Leeds team as the Head of Marketing. Her role consists in maintaining our brand's essence through the use of relevant social media platforms and numerous campaigns as well as providing a strong relationship between what we do on a day to day basis and our clients.

Bianca is also very passionate about athletics and runs competitively across the country. On and off the track she always goes that extra mile to support not only herself but the people around her.

Dan
