Maani moved to Leeds in the summer of 2003 from London to begin a law degree at Leeds University. After completing his LLB, he decided to plunge into the property world and began his career as a Junior Negotiator with a large corporate company. After gaining vital experience, he was quickly promoted to the lettings manager and then into the lettings area director. In 2012, after gaining further experience, he developed 'Right Let Leeds' with Ross Munro which has grown into a leading lettings and Estate Agency. His friendly and proactive attitude and strong knowledge of the area helps provide high quality service. Maani now oversees the business strategy, marketing, finance, recruitment and operations.

Ross began his Estate agency career for a Headingley based corporate estate agent in property sales. Quickly progressing through a fast track program, he was promoted into a Sales Manager within three years. Wanting to provide a more bespoke service and go the extra mile for his clients, Right Let Leeds was born.

Still 8 years on, Ross is involved in the day to day running of the business, helping to offer an excellent level of customer service throughout the business.

Cyrus was born and bred in Roundhay and has always been interested in property. In 2008 he started working in the property industry for a nationwide estate agent which was great for learning the foundations. However, after finding this a bit too corporate, Cyrus realised he liked the idea and freedom of being able to take his own approach on lettings/sales to enable him to give clients a more personal touch and service.... he hasn't looked back since!!!!

A determined problem solver and will always go that extra mile to help clients achieve their goals. Known in the team as "The peoples champ"

Leeds is Michelle's adopted home since moving from South Lincolnshire in 1998. She has over 30 years experience within the housing and property sectors, managing large property portfolios and teams of staff in various geographic areas. As Office Manager at Right Let Leeds, Michelle assists the team in the day to day business activities as well as overseeing the lettings process, tenancy renewals and deposits.

After completing his degree in Sports Business Management at Leeds Beckett University and graduating in 2018, Connor handed his keys to his final year student house to Right Let, and started his role as a Lettings Negotiator. Now with over 2 years experience in lettings and sales, he has used his knowledge and networking gained from his university years and applied them to his role in marketing and letting properties. Connor is an avid Sheffield Wednesday fan, and also plays football himself on weekends.

Beth is our newest team member at Right Let Leeds. Originally from Manchester she moved to Leeds for university and has resided here ever since. After a successful career in events organisation, Beth chose to apply these skills to a new world of property as lettings coordinator.

Beth's role ranges from conducting viewings and signing up new tenants to looking after our current tenants and any queries that arise day to day.

Emily studied Sport and Exercise Science at Sheffield Hallam University and worked within the Sport Development world for 7 years at a Senior Management level. After 7 years of the Sporting Industry, Emily decided on a career change, establishing the company REM Property Maintenance. The maintenance company has worked alongside Right Let Leeds for 1.5 years now, with both companies developing an integral relationship. Emily's role as Company Director, oversees the operational running of maintenance.

Chloe moved to Leeds in 2016 to start her degree in Criminology at Leeds Beckett University. In her second and third year of university, she lived in houses rented through Right Let Leeds and gradually got to know the staff who worked there. In the spring of 2019, Right Let Leeds offered Chloe the opportunity to join the team part time. After graduating university, she then started working at Right Let Leeds full time in an admin role. As she gained more experience, Chloe moved over to working at REM Property Maintenance to coordinate the maintenance of Right Let Leeds’ properties. Her job role includes communicating with tenants, landlords and contractors to carry out repairs and ensure the properties are kept in good condition.
