One of those tactics is our flexibility with viewing times. We offer late night viewings up until 8 p.m. so that those that work or study during the day can have a chance to view the property. Unlike many of our competitors, we do not believe in the hard sale approach and therefore take our clients to several properties so that they can decide what property is best for them. Additionally, we always maintain healthy communication with our landlords, providing regular updates and feedback on their properties.
