At Right Let Leeds, we have branched out and formed a separate maintenance company who are here to help tenants and landlords resolve maintenance issues as quickly and hassle free as possible.

Established in 2019, we have developed a list of highly skilled and trained contractors who offer excellent value for money and work promptly to ensure repairs are completed as quickly as possible.

Reporting Maintenance

All maintenance requests should be logged online using the 'REPORT MAINTENANCE' link above. This will be sent to our maintenance team who will aim to allocate a contractor or arrange with the owner for a prompt repair. Further information is provided in your online welcome pack.

Please use this link for all maintenance, including emergency maintenance as our system will direct you to contractors if the office is closed. Please report all maintenance with as much detail as possible including videos and pictures where possible.
